I know what happens when a situation escalates. My background includes over 16 years of experience in police operational fieldwork, demanding customer encounters and criminal investigation. I have seen thousands of situations where decisions made in seconds determine the outcome.

Based on this experience, I developed the Predia Safety™ model. It is a practical approach to anticipating risks, identifying early warning signs and acting safely even under pressure. I don't rely on theory alone – I combine international research with the reality people face in their daily work.

My goal is clear: to help your organization identify risks early and strengthen shared ways of working. At the core of my work are people, realism and everyday safety.
