Calculation basis: The core of the calculator is direct disruption costs: work time tied up in incidents, time used by supervisors and the possible continuation of the impact.
Absence as an additional factor: Absence is not the main driver of the calculator. If needed, you can include only a limited share of the total absence if you estimate that it is linked to disruptions, strain or unclear ways of working.
Cost assumptions: A work hour cost of €45, a supervisor hour cost of €55 and an absence day cost of €350 are indicative estimates. The calculator illustrates the scale of impact, not a precise forecast.
