I spent 16 years as a Finnish police officer – operational fieldwork, criminal investigation and demanding civilian encounters. Seven years after that in workforce services. The combination gives two perspectives on the same question: how people act under pressure, and what the daily reality of an employer actually looks like.

Predia Safety™ was built during these years. It is a practical way of working in threat and disruption situations – combining international security models, frontline experience and the reality of working environments. Not a certified standard but an applied way of thinking that adapts to each client.

The work centres on people, realism and the safety of daily operations. I do not tell the client what to do. I show where risk is forming and what the options are – the decision stays with the client.

A controlled incident is always better than an uncontrolled crisis.
