Predia Safety
Prevent · Detect · Act
What it is. Predia Safety is a practical way of working in threat and disruption situations. It draws on international security models and what is learned in the field. The focus is the moment when the situation is still manageable.
Who it is for. Predia Safety is built for organisations where people meet pressure as part of daily work: healthcare and social services, pharmacies, retail and logistics, schools and construction. Each sector receives a version that fits its own working environment.
Prevent
Risk lives in the small details of the working day: shift patterns, the layout of a space, who meets whom and at what moment. We walk through these on site. Clear routines and shared understanding reduce the chance of a situation forming in the first place.
Detect
Warning signs appear in body language, tone of voice and the way a situation moves – before anything happens. Staff learn to read these signs. The earlier they are noticed, the calmer the response.
Act
Acting under pressure requires clear roles and simple decisions. Each person knows what to do, whom to inform, when to step away. After the situation, we go through together what happened and what can be learned.
How we work. Engagement starts with a site visit. We walk through the daily work on the ground – where risk is forming, how staff respond now, what is missed. From this I propose a way forward: risk assessment and security review, staff training, or a longer development programme.
